State Street Theater is a recently renovated art deco theater. The site was created to bring the thirties’ silverscreen to present day. Users can buy tickets online, view show times, and explore the rich history of the theater.
An aesthetic facelift for the popular classifieds site Craigslist. Included in the redesign was a strong sense of layout, and the ability to post on the home screen using a jQuery enabled drop down.
The San Francisco Urban Forest Project calls on artists, designers and students to use the idea of the tree to make a powerful visual statement on banners that are displayed in the city. The site was designed to showcase the work, promote, and educate about the project.




Redesign of the popular environmentally friendly cleaning company Seven Generations. The concept was to promote the products and brand in a lighthearted voice.

The Science of Sleep is a french film where the protagonist’s world seems to be stuck in between waking and sleeping. His life is animated with handmade objects and creatures that have lives of their own. Keeping with that aesthetic, I designed the site to repurpose objects for the layout.
Identity for Northern Californian winemakers Willow Glen Winery. The branding experience included logo, label, print, and web design. The winery boasts handmade, organic wines, which was the inspiration for their brand’s look and feel.




Hero image created to promote Microsoft’s new technology Photosynth in a cross media campaign. The software enables users to explore, create, and share their own aggregate 3D metaverse using a collection of flat photographs.
It seems that the only place to park now-a-days is in a mechanic’s shop. This editorial imaging piece was created as commentary on the ever rising cost of car ownership. Be it parking, insurance, gasoline, or maintenance.
Using Illustrator’s gradient mesh tool exclusively, I recreated my favorite pair of sunglasses. I’m glad these glasses have been immortalized as I broke them soon after this was completed.
Fur versus concrete. The contrast struck me while I was exploring the abandoned military base in Alameda, California. The fur was so warm and inviting in contrast to the urban decay it was ensconced in.




Glowing skin and radiant lips. I developed a distinctive portraiture style where the subject is completely desaturated and placed in a world of engulfing color. The objective was to study the relativity of color, and it’s effects on the subject.
Living in the ghettos of West Oakland, California for a time taught me a lot about the human condition and the instinct of survival. Down this corridor between two buildings lived an old lady. Sweet as pie, but smart in knowing that instilling fear kept out what was truly scary.
Having personal style will never go out of fashion. This piece was created for a fashion shoot, incorporating the idea of the mysterious male model, and the truth behind glamour.
What we find on the outside often reflects the inner-self. I have a fixation with palm trees as a transplant to California. Their bark is very unlike that of the regal pines back home in Maine.




Campaign for Pantone thanking their users for securing their place in history as the most used color specification system in the world. The campaign included a unique mailer with dvd, fandeck calendar, and poster design all focused on time, history and the progression of the two.

Full bodied campaign for the United States Department of the Interior. The concept was to rebrand the already existent Take Pride in America division. Campaign included logo design, posters, stationery, billboards, and bumper stickers.

Television bumper for Food Network promoting their transition to High Definition. The imagery in the piece was to show the clarity that we often miss while watching tradition television, such as the bubbles of boiling water, and the steam rising from the pot.
A non-partisan banner ad created for Rock the Vote to encourage younger people to get involved and vote. The ad was primarily animated typography, and meant to be eye catching by the use of wording and color.
